In line with the existing/new Covid19 restrictions our main delivery partner Hunter Express has advised they are experiencing extended transit times due to various government health restrictions and the additional high volumes of freight. 

The current extended transit times do not include weekends or public holidays, and are listed below.

Brisbane QLD Contactless Pick Up - Available as per normal. Please ensure to follow all local laws (face-mask is compulsory and have your order confirmation on mobile). 

Please note - StarTrack/ Northline are generally delivering to Sydney within 2 - 4 business days and Melbourne within 3 - 5 business days, however their rates are generally higher than Hunter Express. Shipping on our website is calculated on Hunter Express rates. If you would like us to send your order with StarTrack/ Northine, please select the 'Express Shipping' option at the checkout or let us know by contacting 0404 969 244 and we can provide you with a custom quote for shipping. 

Sydney Metropolitan Areas:        5 - 10 Business Days
Sydney outer metropolitan/regional areas: 5 – 10 Business Days
Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metropolitan areas: 2 - 5 Business Days (Business as usual)
Melbourne, Brisbane outer metropolitan/regional Areas: 5 – 7 Business Days (Business as usual)
QLD, NSW, VIC, SA regional and TAS: 6 – 10 Business Days
WA and NT:

8 – 17 Business Days
