DELAYS DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES FOR COURIERS

As many of you will be aware, the recent extreme spikes in Covid cases has resulted in many staff shortages throughout all industries and our freight partners Hunter Express, Northline Freight, Star Track and Toll IPEC  unfortunately, has also been affected. Current staff and driver shortages due to isolation periods and positive Covid cases coupled with large volumes has increased transit times throughout most network. Please find updated transit times below. 

 

Sydney Metropolitan Areas:       5 - 7 Business Days
Sydney outer metropolitan/regional areas: 5 – 7 Business Days
Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide metropolitan areas: 5 - 7 Business Days (Business as usual)
Melbourne, Brisbane outer metropolitan/regional Areas: 5 – 7 Business Days (Business as usual)
QLD, NSW, VIC, SA regional and TAS: 6 – 10 Business Days
WA and NT:

8 – 17 Business Days
