Brian To'o is one of the NRL's most explosive and beloved Wingers, renowned for his relentless kick-return metres, fearless yardage and the infectious energy he brings to every contest. A four-time Premiership winner with the Penrith Panthers, To'o holds the rare distinction of appearing in five consecutive Grand Finals, playing an integral role in one of the greatest dynasties the modern game has seen.

Since debuting in 2019, he has become one of the most prolific try-scorers in NRL Finals history, with 17 tries in 17 finals appearances placing him among the competition's greatest big-game performers. A Dally M Winger of the Year, To'o has set the benchmark for modern wing play - his freakish leg drive, ball security and workrate consistently laying the platform from which his team builds.

On the representative stage, he has been a mainstay for the NSW Blues in State of Origin, and in 2025 produced one of the great individual series - equalling the record for tries in an Origin campaign and being awarded the Brad Fittler Medal as NSW Player of the Series. On the international stage, To'o was a driving force in Toa Samoa's historic run to their first-ever Rugby League World Cup Final, playing every game of the campaign - a landmark moment in the nation's rugby league history.
