Shipping & Delivery

We offer discounted shipping at great low rates. You can view your shipping rates at checkout under the shipping options tab once you have entered your address. All deliveries are made to where the driver has safe access on the property. Due to strict OHS requirements, drivers are not permitted to carry items inside the home, upstairs, or through tight indoor spaces.

Where safe and accessible, drivers will make every effort to place your delivery in the garage or just inside an open carport, but this depends entirely on their ability to safely access the area at the time of delivery.

Please note: Steep, narrow, or gravel driveways may restrict the use of a pallet jack. If the driver cannot safely operate equipment on your driveway, the delivery will be placed at the closest safe point they can access.

If you would like the equipment brought into the house or professionally installed, please let us know. We can organise this through one of our installation partners for an additional fee.

Customers are responsible for moving the equipment inside the home if installation is not arranged.

If you live just outside of a major regional town, we may be able to ship the equipment to the closest depot at very competitive rates. Once the equipment arrives into the depot, you will receive a call/ email to pick up the items. If you're based in Brisbane, you can collect your equipment from Unit 2A/ 919-925 Nudgee Road Banyo QLD 4014. Your order will be ready within an hour and you will receive email/ text notifying when ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation with you. 

Collection hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. After hours collection may be possible by appointment basis only. Please contact our team at +61 404 969 244 (or) email us at support@vulcanfitness.com.au to arrange.
