Delivery information

All deliveries are made to where the driver has safe access on the property. Due to strict OHS requirements, drivers are not permitted to carry items inside the home, upstairs, or through tight indoor spaces. 

Where safe and accessible, drivers will make every effort to place your delivery in the garage or an open carport, but this depends entirely on their ability to safely access the area at the time of delivery.

If you would like the equipment brought into the house or professionally installed, please let us know. We can organise this through one of our installation partners for an additional fee.

Please note: Large orders will be delivered on a pallet. Steep, narrow, or gravel driveways may restrict the use of a pallet jack. If the driver cannot safely operate equipment on your driveway, the delivery will be placed at the closest safe point they can access.

Customers are responsible for moving the equipment inside the home if this additional  service is not arranged ahead of time.

Dispatch time: All in stock equipment will be dispatched the same or the next business day. We would like to get the equipment out you as soon as we can! Please refer to the product descriptions for pre-order estimates. 

All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in tracking links are estimates only. While deliveries will occur the  Freight carriers may adjust routes based on volume, traffic, weather, and operational constraints, particularly during peak periods.

Please keep your phone on hand, as drivers may call you prior to arrival to confirm that you are home or to check whether the items can be left in a safe place.

Missed calls or inability to reach you may delay delivery, as drivers often cannot return to the depot or reload mid-route.

Our Shipping Partners: Hunter Express, Northline Freight, Followmont Transport, 
Team Global Express, Star Track, TNT & Australia Post. Usually, it's best to contact us to get an update on your delivery as we have priority access to customer services as account holders.

**Our couriers does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers**

Brisbane Free Local Pick Up: We are proudly Queensland owned. We offer free pick from our warehouse located at VULCAN FITNESS, Unit 2A/ 919-925 Nudgee Road
Banyo QLD 4014. 

Local Depot Pick Up: Usually if you live just outside of a major town, we should be able to ship the equipment to the closest depot at very competitive rates. Once the equipment arrives into the depot, you will receive a call/ email to pick up the items. 

While we try our best to ship our products to as many locations as possible, please understand that we may be unable to deliver to some remote rural and offshore locations.
