Adjustable Settings
Chest press and shoulder press on one machine, with an adjustable starting arm position. The starting position can be set to reduce the range of motion, which suits older adults and clients returning from injury.
Easy to use
The press arm adjusts to switch between chest and shoulder pressing, and the seat and back pad keep users supported throughout the movement. Changeovers are quick, which keeps sessions moving in busy gyms and clinics.
Weight Stack & Ratio
A 120 kg stack in 5 kg increments with a 1:1 ratio, so the number on the pin is the load you lift.
The VULCAN Commercial Chest Press & Shoulder Press Machine combines two key upper-body pressing exercises in one pin-loaded machine. A facility can offer both movements without giving up floor space to two separate machines. The starting arm position has multiple adjustment settings, allowing the machine to be set up for a wide range of users and switched between chest and shoulder pressing.
- 3mm commercial-grade steel frame
- 120kg weight stack in 5kg increments with a 1:1 ratio, so the weight selected is the weight being moved.
- The stack is enclosed by a full-height shroud, and the seat, back pad and upper pad are finished in black textured upholstery.
Pressing from a supported seated position allows the chest, shoulders and triceps to be trained with control, with the back fully supported throughout the movement. The stable setup and small weight increments allow load to be progressed gradually, making the machine well suited to strength training gyms, physiotherapy and exercise physiology clinics, sporting clubs, and PT studios or home gyms.
