The workhorse of any gym floor. The VULCAN Commercial Rubber Mat is a premium single-mould rubber tile built to take whatever your training throws at it. A clean, professional black finish, beveled edges that sit flush, and a textured non-slip surface designed to protect both your equipment and the floor beneath.
Made from recycled tyre rubber, each tile delivers serious environmental credentials alongside serious performance. The single-mould construction means there are no layers to separate, peel or break down over time. Just dense, durable rubber engineered to last.
15mm of premium rubber absorbs impact from dropped plates, dampens noise from heavy lifts, and shrugs off the daily wear of squats, deadlifts and conditioning work. The dense construction holds its shape and finish for years, even under commercial-level traffic.
At 12kg per tile, the mats stay firmly in place under foot and equipment without adhesive. Beveled edges butt together cleanly for a flat, trip-free floor that looks fitted, not laid. Wipes clean with a damp rag, and resists moisture from sweat and the occasional drink bottle spill.
