The Hybrid FID bench is easily adjustable with 8 different flat to incline ranges and 3 different seat heights for all users. There is a popping pin with a large head size which make adjusting the bench angle easy.
With a floor space of 135cm x 72cm and a weight of 38kg this bench is built to last vigorous workouts. A 5.5mm thick steel frame and 2mm thick tubing paired with thick padding and little to none gap between the seat and bench pad create a one of a kind bench

It keeps your training setup compact by only adding an additional 50cm in length to the bench while expanding what your bench can do. This bench is ideal for home gyms and space deficient setups which need a little bit of everything. The steel frame is made from 2mm thick steel and is powder coated black with thick padding for maximal comfort while performing both prone leg curl and seated leg extension.
Preacher Curl Attachment: The preacher curl attachment is made with adjustability, durability, and comfort in mind. The pad has a width of 40cm, a length of 30cm and pad thickness of 8cm! It is constructed from 2mm thick chrome plated & black powder coated steel. Offering 4 adjustable settings to really target your biceps this attachment is compact and a great addition for your bicep training.
Dip Attachment: The Dip Attachment for Hybrid FID Bench offers chest, triceps and shoulder training all within a compact and ergonomic environment. There are 3 height settings to allow for different user heights, the grips are foam and are friendly on the hands while giving enough room for variance in width for your dips.
User Friendly Features: The Hybrid FID Bench adjusts through 0, 15, 20, 35, 45, 60, 80, and 90 degrees, with virtually no gap between the back pad and seat pad making it a noticeably more comfortable and usable option than many other benches.
