Fused into One by Heating & Pressure. Undergo a crucial high-temperature pressing process. The heat and pressure activate the bonding agents, permanently weaving the recycled base and the rugged top layer into a single, inseparable unit.

Specially-treated Surface. Upcycled base with a rugged, high-density EPDM rubber
wear layer. The 2mm top sheet is engineered to withstand the specific abrasion of weight training, functional fitness, and high-traffic gym use.

The VULCAN 20mm Interlocking EPDM Grey Fleck mat is built for serious training environments where heavier loads, higher traffic and a clean, professional finish all matter. A premium rubber tile combining a 2mm high-density EPDM wear layer over an upcycled shoe-sole rubber base, delivering shock absorption, abrasion resistance and near-zero odour from day one.

Interlocking puzzle-edge buckles snap each tile together for fast, glue-free installation. No adhesive, no curing time, no mess. The system stays locked tight under foot traffic and equipment, but disassembles cleanly if you ever need to relocate or replace a tile.

Both layers are heat-pressed at high temperature, fusing them into a single inseparable unit. The 2mm EPDM top, recycled rubber base, premium adhesive and heat-bonded construction work together to deliver structural integrity, durability and lifespan built to last.

The 20mm thickness adds extra impact absorption for heavier weights and busier gyms, while the 17kg tile weight keeps everything firmly in place under foot and equipment.
