Introducing the VULCAN All-In-One Functional Trainer 3.0
The All-In-One Functional 3.0 trainer has many great features to help push your limit and complete all of your desired workouts! The best feature of this machine is the interchangeable 1:1 to 2:1 Ratio for the 90kg Weight Stacks. This means for exercises such as lat-pulldown and low rows you can lift up to 90kg with 6kg Increments. When working on smaller muscle groups you can convert the ratio to 2:1 which allows for a max weight of 45kg with 3kg increments. More great features include the smith machine, multi-grip pullup bar and multiple attachments.
Comprehensive Strength and Conditioning System:
- Versatile Workout Options: From strength training to bodybuilding, powerlifting, high-intensity interval training, and plyometric exercises, the All-in-one Functional Trainer suits every need.
- Smith Machine: Solid iron rails with hard chrome plating make movements smoother and extend the longevity of the machine. Structural integrity combined with built-in silent bearings allow for a quiet and smooth experience!
- 1:1/ 2:1 Cable Ratio: Featuring 2 x Interchangeable 90kg weight stacks, the All-In-One Functional Trainer allows for a wide range of exercises such as lat-pulldowns, shoulder and pec flys, shoulder press, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, glute kickbacks and many more. There are 14 x 6kg increments on each stack with an initial weight of 6kg (While on 1:1 Ratio), the weight stacks can go as low as 3kg.
- Cross Over Pulley Cables: Display holes on the adjustable pulley system to see the height allow for seamless transitions between exercises, while the aluminium pulley wheels and the ability to rotate 180 degrees offer a great user experience. Adding to the sleek design there is a now a full length sheath to cover the outside of the pulley system.

- All of the Equipment and attachments have been weight tested, the J-Hooks and Spotter arms on the rack have passed a 670kg 5-minute static hold test with no damage. The Smith machine has passed a 620kg 5-minute static hold test with no damage. Dip Attachments passed a 320kg 5-minute static hold test with no damage while the pullup bar passed a 340kg 5-minute static hold test.
